Comm info

- Please set aside 10/15/20 mil gil for furniture purchases, any left over will be returned upon build completion
- Pre-made commissions and builds are available on my ko-fi
- Please DM me on twitter @frohmages or discord @froh for pricing info, gil is not accepted at the moment.
- Apartments do not allow tenants, therefore custom commissions are unavailable
- When designing a house, I will only utilize a single floor
- You may be asked to obtain any non-tradable or non-purchasable furnishing, such as gemstone, wolf mark, Doman enclave items
- The yard is not included by default, but can be included for an additional fee
- I will confirm completion of the build with you at the end for any minor changes within reason or fixes
- 3 times of edits are included free during confirmation, please be specific about what you would like moved or replaced with
- I will refuse major changes that require rebuilding without additional payment
- Please refrain from entering the house while I am working
- No NSFW or clubs

Terms of Service

- 50% of payment will be requested after consultation, before I begin any work
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason
- I reserve the right to end a commission if I feel uncomfortable
- If you cancel a commission while it is in progress, I cannot offer refunds
- I will not rebuild or edit any projects once it is complete
- If you post my work on social media, please credit me
- Do not claim my work as your own
- I retain full rights and ownership to my housing designs
- I publish my work as premades unless requested otherwise (pricing may be affected)
- If you have a deadline by which you would like the build to be completed by, please inform me during the initial consultation

- A description of the build you are looking for. What is the purpose? What type of spaces do you want included in the build?
- List of utilities you would like included (bells, NPCs, FC furnishing)
- If it is RP or character-related, any background or story would help me design better details
